How To Use The Shure MV88+ Microphone For iPhone For Beginners – Watch a Video

Meta Reviews How To Use The Shure MV88+ Digital Microphone For iPhone For Beginners.

No more Windy, Noisy, Scratchy or Inaudible iPhone YouTube Videos!

If you’re a Beginner iPhone Videographer shooting 4K YouTube Videos on your iPhone, you really need to use an external Microphone! The Audio Quality difference is Amazing!

The Shure MV88+ Digital Microphone includes a Manfrotto PIXI Tripod, Phone Clamp, and Microphone Mount, as well as iOS and USB-C cables for mobile phone compatibility and connectivity. Just add your mobile phone to capture professional quality content.

The Shure MV88+ Digital Microphone integrates with Macintosh and Windows Desktop Computers, FiLMiC Pro, Moment Pro Camera and Apple Watch.

When shooting outdoors in windy conditions, Meta recommends the Rycote Windjammer Dead Cat, which cuts out wind noise in rigorous environments. This simply fits over the foam ball that is included with the Shure MV88+ Digital Microphone.

Note: When Recording, Turn on Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb to prevent interruptions to the recording caused by phone calls, text messages, or alerts.

When Shooting iPhone Videography, Meta uses FiLMiC Pro and Moment Pro Camera on an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max protected by a Moment Case. This Special iPhone Case supports a Drop-in M-Series Lens Interface over all 3 iPhone Cameras, which can connect to Moment Lenses or a MoonDogLabs 52mm Filter Adapter. Meta uses a Variable ND Filter, a Circular Polarizing Filter and a Neutral Night Filter. She edits her 4K YouTube Videos using Filmora. FiLMiC Pro and Moment Pro Camera both integrate with the DJI OM 4 Gimbal, Apple Watch and Shure MV88+ Microphone.
